Women in Energy: An interview with Ndiarka Mbodji

The role of women in the energy sector is not to be underestimated, nor is their contribution to multi-million-dollar utilities across Africa. During this Women in Energy podcast series, we speak to Ndiarka Mbodji, Founder and CEO of Kowry Energy GmbH. 

Ndiarka, a French National with Senegalese heritage, holds a degree in Chemistry from the University of Toulouse and is a graduate of TUCK2030 Global Leadership from Dartmouth Business School.

During her 15 year tenure with Rolls-Royce, Ndiarka gained extensive experience in supply chain, operational excellence, engineering and customer business. 

Prior to joining Rolls-Royce, Ndiarka worked for seven years in the automotive industry where she has held several operational roles in supply chain management. With over 18 years working at senior levels in complex, global and regulated environments, she is a resourceful professional with a track record of planning and successfully delivering operational and financial results by leading multi-disciplinary teams in a global footprint.
